
This saying "Get fit in the gym, lose weight in the kitchen" has taken my thought process to a whole nother level. I never thought of it as so, but it's very true. You lose weight by changing what you put inside of you and you get fit by - well moving it. I've decided to challenge myself to a salad diet (my friend is also trying it) for the next 41 days (until my Spring Break). I'm not going to be eating the same salads every day.. but it's not much I can change up. The challenge is to eat fruit (or whatever healthy) for breakfast and for lunch and dinner I will consume SALAD! Today is my first day and I won't lie it was uber hard passing up some of my favorite foods, but it will be worth it. That's all I can think about is the RESULTS.. I can't get stuck in the current. Hopefully it'll get easier as the days go on.
ive tried this and its so hard cause im trying to GAIN weight and be healthy. good luck! im going to try again too lol

I hope you are going to do some sort of carbs in the morning or afternoon or you will burn out. Oh and make sure you are using mixed greens or spring mixed for your salads! iceburg lettuce has no nutritional value. YOU CAN DO IT!
