21 Days 21 Lessons - Day 1

21 Days, 21 Lessons is just a 21 day period where I am going to fill myself with working out, not wearing make-up (focusing on healing my skin), eating healthy (smaller portions of food and healthier options), completing all homework assignments and getting ahead in school (midterms will be sparking up during this 21 day period), focusing on my religion (becoming closer to God, finding a church to commit to), and overall focusing on positive energy.

Day 1 - Health is wealth.
Get to moving - when you feel you've been siting around too long get up. Tell yourself you can't sit on your phone/computer for over 30 mins straight! Or watch endless streaming of TV without doing something productive in between.

The biggest thing that I have learned within the last day was to "relax". I have tendencies to complain, whine or feel really annoyed by situation that if I just "relax" or ignore I would be a much more joyous person. And that is my goal with this whole process.

To prove my joy I have gained back, is here to stay.

CLEANSE.
