Anyone who knows me knows that I have always wanted my own stores and businesses. From my youngest ages, to my teens all the way into my current stages.
"Stop letting fear control you, let your faith."
God will speak to you, maybe not literally, but he can come in dreams, signs and signals.
For awhile, he has been telling me after your baby is born, open your business - take that leap, stop being afraid of FAILURE cause it can and will happen (maybe not in your business but in other areas in life). People will always have negative things to say, don't let it detour you.
So I continued my research per usual...
But I could not find an area suiting (Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Alabama?) - then I get a text from a family member noting a handful of my family members will be moving to an area, that I know the demographics of pretty well and is near my very first college (which I attended for half a semester). I would love to open a business there! I know my main target area which is one of the biggest concerns when opening a business.
Now I am searching for an exact location, POS systems, hangers, hang tags, etc. I plan to order hangers this month and work on my final name for the store - that way I can work on the paper work side a little more...
I am starting a segment referred to as, "Opening my Own Boutique".
