Pregnancy Weight Gain

Ahhhhhhhhhh! Something we all think about while we are pregnant. Before pregnancy, many of us are sure we will stick to a workout plan, eat all of the perfect things and curb those cravings. As I once thought.

Yesterday was my first day actually working out. OUCH! 

Before I was pregnant, I was in my mid 170's (173-176) depending on the day. Now, at 15 weeks, I am weighing in at 192. Scary, huh? Meaning I have gained about 20 lbs already. Well, I'm not stressing it too much. I have already told myself I do not want to gain more than 40lbs, and I did not want to weigh more than 210lbs. As long as me and baby are healthy... then let me be :)

So I am def going to push myself to getting off my bum more to keep my goal relevant.

I will stretch for 15 mins when I wake, walk for 30 mins, and then stretch for 15 mins before I return to a slumber. 

The hardest part about working out pregnant is ENERGY. You sit on the floor to stretch and the next thing you know, you are laying on the floor half way sleep.
